We want you to be confident in your purchase from Blaster Communications Inc. ("BCI"). This policy explains returns and refunds for our physical products and software.

How to request a return or refund

Email bjlaster@msn.com or call (909) 373‑5665 with your order details (name, email used at checkout, and what you'd like to return). We'll respond with return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case BCI will cover it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
