Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Blaster Communications Inc. ("BCI"). This policy explains returns and refunds for our physical products and software.

Physical products (Kits, equipment, accessories)

• 30‑day returns on unopened items. Unused products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• Opened tamper‑evident security bags are non‑refundable. Because these are tamper‑evident, single‑use safety products, they cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging or seal is opened — for safety, integrity, and chain‑of‑custody reasons.
• Condition. Returned items must be undamaged and resalable. We may decline refunds for items that are used, damaged, or missing parts.

Software licenses & subscriptions

• Each application includes a free trial period so you can evaluate it before buying.
• Kit/software license fees are generally non‑refundable once the license has been activated, except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will work to make it right.
• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will not renew; the current term remains active through its paid period.

How to request a return or refund

Email bjlaster@msn.com or call (909) 373‑5665 with your order details (name, email used at checkout, and what you'd like to return). We'll respond with return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case BCI will cover it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
