These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Blaster Communications Inc. ("BCI," "we," "us"), including our physical products (such as tamper‑evident security bags and equipment "Kits") and our software applications (including N.I.I.C., D.E.A.N., and S.E.A.N.). By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms.
BCI sells physical safety and inventory products and provides cloud‑based software applications. Some applications are licensed for use as part of a Kit purchase or an active subscription. Your right to use an application is contingent on a valid, active license for that application.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By placing an order you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping.
You agree to use our products and applications lawfully and only for their intended safety, inventory, and emergency‑management purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by BCI remain the property of Blaster Communications Inc. No ownership is transferred by your purchase or use.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Our products and applications are provided "as is." While designed to support emergency, attendance, and inventory operations, they are tools that assist — they do not replace professional judgment, established protocols, or legal/regulatory obligations. BCI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCI's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products and services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. BCI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
By providing your mobile number and opting in through the Blaster Communications N.I.I.C., S.E.A.N., or D.E.A.N. applications, you agree to receive recurring operational and emergency SMS text alerts from Blaster Communications Inc. (message types include controlled‑substance inventory, accountability, emergency/incident, and account or verification messages). Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; phone numbers are used solely to deliver these alerts via our messaging provider (Twilio). We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
